Privacy Policy

PT Media Antar Nusa (“Service Provider” or “We”) compiled this policy to explain to you (“You” or “User“) how the Service Provider obtains, processes, maintains, uses, displays, sends, conveys, deletes and destroys the Personal Data that you provide to the Service Provider when downloading, uploading, accessing and using the Service, unless otherwise regulated in separate provisions.

You declare that the Personal Data that you provide to the Service Provider when downloading, uploading, accessing and using the Service is correct and valid. You acknowledge and agree to provide Personal Data to Service Providers to be obtained, processed, maintained, used, displayed, sent, submitted, deleted and destroyed in accordance with the Privacy PolicyNusaprospect hereinafter referred to as “Policy” and  the applicable laws and regulations.

We expect your willingness to read, understand and agree to every provision contained in this Policy and the terms of use of the Service. By accessingNusaprospect, You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all the provisions of this Policy which are an integral part of the Terms and ConditionsNusaprospect. The terms in capital letters have the same meaning as the Terms and ConditionsNusaprospect, unless otherwise provided for in this Policy.

Based on the above matters, the Service Provider applies the following Policy:

A. PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Personal data” means data, information and/or information in any form that is inherent and identifiable, either directly or indirectly for each User who uses the Service, which from time to time is submitted to the Service Provider in, on and/or throughNusaprospect which includes but is not limited to: (i) name; (ii) emails; (iii) data regarding service usage; (iv) Usernames; (v) Passwords; (vi) other data that includes or can be equated with Personal Data.
  1. Users know that submitting Personal Data to Service Providers is done voluntarily. In the event that you do not provide Personal Data to the Service Provider, the Service Provider cannot process Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Policy, and may cause the Service Provider to be unable to provide Services to or process your use of the Service. You release the Service Provider from any claims, lawsuits and/or compensation in connection with the failure to process the use of the Service caused by inaccurate Personal Data that you provide.
  2. The Service Provider collects Personal Data when you: (i) registerNusaprospect; (ii) make changes to Personal Data; (iii) accessNusaprospect or use the Service; (iv) or at other times as may be requested by the Service Provider (if needed) from time to time.
  3. You hereby give consent to Service Providers to collect, obtain, collect, process, store, use and disclose Personal Data to appropriate parties both inside and outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, including service providers and other companies in the Service Provider business group and third parties.
  4. Use of Personal Data
    The Service Provider processes and/or uses Personal Data for the purposes mentioned below or other purposes as permitted in the applicable laws and regulations.
    • Identify and register you as a service user and verify, deactivate or manage your account;
    • Enable Service Providers to provide Services or process your use of Services;
    • Prevent, detect, investigate and resolve possible actions which are criminal, prohibited, illegal, unauthorized, which may arise in the use of the Service, including but not limited to fraud (fraud), money laundering or other criminal acts;
    • For administrative purposes Account Information;
    • Conducting research regarding User demographic data;
    • For internal administrative purposes, such as: audits, data analysis, internal records database;
    • Maintain safety, security and sustainability Nusaprospect;
    • Assessment, analysis, verification, validation or examination of the application for the use of the Service throughNusaprospect and/or your profile;
    • Carry out verification, risk assessment, statistical and trend analysis and planning, including carrying out data processing, statistical analysis, credit, for current and future reference;
    • Management of the Service Provider’s relationship with you, including providing information or offers regarding Services and/or products and products or services by third parties who work with Service Providers, such as for the following matters: (i) identify you when you contact the Service Provider or use Nusaprospect; (ii) contact you regarding your request; (iii) send notifications via electronic mail (e-mail) to you; (iv) for general business purposes including to verify your identity; (v) provide, manage, develop and offer various services, products and/or services to you, allow you to participate in the Services, products and/or services of Service Providers;
      (vi) address inquiries or complaints made by or about you in connection with Nusaprospect and/or Services and stored to prevent and detect fraud, violations and other forms of abuse; (vii) verify your compliance with the terms and conditions governing use Nusaprospect; (viii) allow authorized third parties to confirm your status in database Service Provider or Nusaprospect (if needed); (ix) conduct or carry out surveys, research, evaluations, academic studies and/or development Nusaprospect, Services, products and/or services, both by Service Providers and/or third parties; (x) carry out any investigations based on the law in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations; (xi) comply with the legal, regulatory and compliance requirements that apply to the Service Provider based on the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations and comply with any applicable agreements in connection with Nusaprospect; (xii) carry out orders or policies of government, regulatory agencies or competent authorities; and (xiii) notify you of any changes to Nusaprospect and/or Services.


B. SECURITY POLICIES

  1. To access Nusaprospect, Users are required to enter Username and Password. To ensure protection in doing access to Nusaprospect, please do the following:
    1. When you enter your Account Information for the first time, we recommend not using information that is easy to guess, such as an anagram of a User name (both accompanied by a combination of symbols and numbers), telephone number and so on. If you feel that your Username and/or Password has been notified to or known by a third party, it has been lost or stolen and unauthorized use may have occurred, it is your responsibility to immediately report it to the Service Provider;
    2. You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your Username and Password and not share, share or write down your Username and Password to anyone. You must secure your Username and Password by (i) not disclosing your Username and Password to other people; (ii) do not record the Username and Password on paper or store them in writing or other storage facilities that may be known by other people; (iii) be careful using the Username and Password so that other people don’t know; (iv) change Username and Password periodically; (v) do not use Username and Password that are given by other people or that are easy to guess;
    3. Do not disclose the Username and Password or part of the Username and Password to anyone, even if the party claims to be an employee or a party appointed by the Service Provider. We never ask for your Username and Password, only you are allowed to know this information;
    4. To protect access and the process of using the Service by Users when using Nusaprospect, the Service Provider uses an Email and Password security system;
  2. To be able to use Nusaprospect, minimum specifications are required: operating system: (i) Android OS: 9.0; and (ii) iOS: 10.0. The Service Provider has the right to change the specifications required for use Nusaprospect with notification to the User.
  3. Data Storage and Security
    • The Service Provider ensures that the Personal Data submitted by you will be stored safely in accordance with the Service Provider’s internal policies and the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia. The Service Provider will store the Personal Data submitted by you as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy;
    • The Service Provider will stop storing and will immediately delete and/or destroy Personal Data after it is deemed that processing of Personal Data is no longer necessary based on the purposes listed in this Policy.

C. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Service Provider understands to comply with the provisions of this Policy and will continue to maintain confidentiality, but for the purposes set forth in the Policy, you understand that the Service Provider has the right to provide your information to third parties under the following conditions:

  1. authorized or approved by you;
  2. Requested by the competent authorities including but not limited to the courts, and/or authorized institutions of the Republic of Indonesia government in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations;
  3. Required in accordance with applicable legal provisions;
  4. For use Nusaprospect and/or product or service offerings by third parties who work with Service Providers and/or Service Provider affiliates, but not limited to marketing, research, analysis and product or service development activities that are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of such information; and/or
  5. To Service Partners, or other parties who work with Service Providers and for this purpose Service Providers have a confidentiality agreement with Service Partners and Service Partners are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided.

D. RESTRICTIONS

  1. You agree not to hold the Service Provider liable in the following situations:
    • Where an act of nature or unforeseen circumstances has occurred, resulting in damage or destruction of equipment and/or systems used to secure, store or process Personal Data;
    • Where the Personal Data is already available or can be found by the public before the Personal Data is submitted to the Service Provider;
    • Where the Service Provider has given its best efforts to verify, secure and protect Personal Data, and in the event of unauthorized access, hacking, misuse, modification, alteration, tampering;
    • For accuracy (except for Personal Data that has been verified by Service Providers in accordance with this Policy), legitimacy, legality and completeness of your Personal Data; and/or
    • Where the misuse of Personal Data and information is caused by acts of crime, fraud or any criminal act or the actions of third parties that are not under the control or instructions of the User to the Service Provider.
  2. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to notify in writing by e-mail or other means of communication registered with the Service Provider to you, if there is a failure to protect the confidentiality of Personal Data in the management Nusaprospect, in accordance with applicable law.

E. USER HANDLING

  1. If you have questions, complaints or things that are unclear, you can contact us or submit them in writing via correspondence information as follows:

  2. Questions, complaints or things that are unclear can be submitted to the Service Provider according to calendar days (including holidays).
  3. Questions, complaints or things that are unclear will be resolved no later than 5 (five) Business Days after the matter is received by the Service Provider.
  4. In filing a complaint the User is required to submit supporting evidence. The user understands that the Service Provider has the right to examine complaints submitted by the User in accordance with the provisions that apply to the Service Provider.

F. MISCELLANEOUS

  1. This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  2. Everything that has not been regulated or will be regulated in the future will be added or adjusted by updating this Policy and will be notified to you in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  3. You are advised to read carefully and check this Policy from time to time so that you are kept informed about the latest changes in this Policy.
  4. This policy is made in 2 (two) language versions, namely Indonesian and English, in the event that there are differences in interpretation, the Indonesian version will apply.
